		<description>i am not sure if the legal requirement has changed,but we purchased our flat on the right to buy scheme and my upstairs neighbour then purchased there flat and after 1 year rented it out i am almost certain that you must get the local authority consent as my ex neighbours had to do this.we also eventually sold our flat and again the purchaser had to get the local authority permission to rent it out,techincally your are only a lease holder and the local authority do have a say,is there not any facts given in the right to buy information pack that you should have been given</description>
