Hi can any one help? We are going to lose our stables and grazing, Through no fault of our own..?
Hi i have 6 horses and might be losing our land we rent soon. Due to land being back filled. I am looking for about 4-6 acres to rent in the essex area. we dont want to sell as 2 of our ponys belong to my kids. we will maintain and look after any feild and stables, if anyone can help our search for a home for our horses please leave an answer. kind regards to you
/ we had similar problem on my area and i live in the city.a lot of the horses were left on public green spaces and that caused major problems.what happened was all horse owners organised and contacted the council.a plot of land was given over to horse group who built ramshackle fences and stables. we raised funds which took a while and when the people in the council seen we were serious local government came in and built one for us. now i know this is long term and a lot of hard work is involved but if its done right you can get money to create jobs and if you love horses you do it and get paid as well.if your really interested i can send you some information on how we did it in Dublin city. now we have 2 major equestrian centres. http://www.fyhp.ie bye bye ken
Look around Turkey point, or hydepark.
Best wish’s!
yes you can call your local equestrian vets and they can help you find kennels or foster homes for your animals
i am sure that there is some nice people out there willing to help you in this matter go to ur local newspaper and put posters up wish i could help you good luck hope you find somewhere
