/ we had similar problem on my area and i live in the city.a lot of the horses were left on public green spaces and that caused major problems.what happened was all horse owners organised and contacted the council.a plot of land was given over to horse group who built ramshackle fences and stables. we raised funds which took a while and when the people in the council seen we were serious local government came in and built one for us. now i know this is long term and a lot of hard work is involved but if its done right you can get money to create jobs and if you love horses you do it and get paid as well.if your really interested i can send you some information on how we did it in Dublin city. now we have 2 major equestrian centres. http://www.fyhp.ie bye bye ken

yes you can call your local equestrian vets and they can help you find kennels or foster homes for your animals
