I have financial problems and my mortgage too high.  Do I do a sell and rent back scheme to clear the debt quickly and get some of the equity out of the property?  This seems to be an easy option for a quick sale, although the prices achieved probably aren’t that high?

Can you please tell me which option it’s better and why? Sale and rent back, chapter 13 or quick sale? I can see that these are the options, but am getting confused as to the best way to deal with my mounting debt mountain.
