But seek advice first from your local council they should be able to tell you everything you need to know. Just remember that just because it is familly doesn't mean that you don't have to tell your mortgage provider that you are renting, and it doesn't mean that you shouldn't have a good contract (or it is going to be hell to get rid of them because the bank has foreclosed because you have not told them you are renting and breached their terms and conditions) renting to your family is nothing different to renting to anybody else….
